The first floor is a vast open plan entertainment area with marble flooring, which includes the lounge, dining room, kitchen & balconies all over looking the bay of Torba. It has been interior designed to echo the loft style of living with leather,glass & wood furnishings.

The master bedroom is expansive, with an ensuite and a walk-in dressing area. The patio doors open out onto the swimming pool, ideal for that early morning or late night dip!

The kitchen is modern in design and as well as being an attractive feature of the villa it is fully functional containing all of the essentials that one could need.
For maximum comfort in the long hot summer nights, air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms.

There are four main outside areas of the villa to choose and relax out in:-
1)The roof terrace is vast and has six sun loungers.
2)By the poolside are two teak steamers and a teak table with chairs and an umbrella.
3)The terrace off of the living room has comfortable a rattan table, two setees and two single chairs.
4)The terrace off of the dining room has a further table and chairs.
The private swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres, with lights for nightime bathing.
The stone built-in barbeque is on the main balcony over looking the pool.

Torba - has a wonderful restaurant, cafe and bar culture, water sports and is only 5 minute walk from the villa. Due to the positioning of the villa you have all of the convenience of Torba but in the peace and quiet surroundings of the villa.
Bodrum is a historical mecca with innumerate points of interest to explore and enjoy. In addition it houses vast shopping bazaars, Turkish baths and entertainment delights, well worth a trip!


Torba


This pretty fishing village sits in a delightful bay just eight kilometres from Bodrum. It was voted one of Turkeys top ten most attractive bays a couple of years ago, small waterside bars and restaurants add charm and style to this resort. Popular with Turkey’s rich and famous during high season, the little harbour now sees luxury yachts moored alongside local fishing boats. The seafront has a scattering of restaurants, bars and hotels ranging from simple to upmarket. You can enjoy the freshest fish around since this is a traditional fishing village that has not been over developed thanks to the protected lime trees that surround the area.
The harbour is where all the main activity takes place and a small beach runs along the whole length of Torba Bay and is free to use. You can use the bigger beaches by the hotels but a charge may be made. The beach is ideal for watersports,windsurfing, parasailing, waterskiing, as well as diving and sailing in the crystal clear water. They are not too over crowded so you can be left to enjoy them in peace. Should you need to go to Bodrum buses leave every 15 minutes from either the top of your road, or near the Hotel Bon Voyage located just before you get to the beach and these buses run frequently throughout the night.
