Gumbet Though officially it remains a suburb of Bodrum, Gumbet has grown to become a resort in its own right, with its own special character, temperament and appeal. Some of the most popular hotels of the region are to be found in and around Gumbet Bay. The long sandy beach is undoubtedly a great attraction, but it's the combination of the sea, sun, sand and fun that makes Gumbet so popular.

Bars There are literally hundreds of bars, clubs and restaurants in Gumbet - There's something for everyone. We have a small selection of our favourites here at the moment, but keep checking back as we'll be adding loads more!For the hardcore clubbers head to Bar Street without a doubt - especially Shakers, X Bar and Central. We do however recommend before that heading to Legends, Roxy, Smileys and Corner. Cheaper, and a great party atmosphere. If the cheesy dance and pop of the resort isn't your thing and you like your indie music, you can always pop into Outback too!..

The Beach Lapped by the tiny waves of the Aegean, the beach is the center of activity. Whether you just want to soak up the sun with a good book, or join in a game of beach volleyball, the friendly atmosphere will give you the 'feel good' factor on Day One. There's no need to get up at the crack of dawn to for cool drinks, snacks and ice creams throughout the day there are many small cafes along the length of the beach, simply decorated with colorful tubs of exotic flowers. There are a few small shops selling beach essentials, a chemist, and general stores for selfcaterers. The sea slopes gently down, with plenty of shallow water for younger children to splash around in, and incoming boats and wind surfers are safely zoned away from swimmers.     

In Bodrum you can visit the castle, Antique Theatre and museums.Night time you can enjoy the bars Gumbet and Bodrum Bar str.Also do not forget to go for shopping to Oasis Shoping Centre(open all day till 23:00)open bazaar in Bodrum on Tuesday&Thursday(All day) open bazaar in Turgutreis on Saturday(All day).
